October 2016 Work Session

The next ARES Work Session is October 22nd.

The topic is building an RDF Beam Antenna.

You will need an old tape measure for the elements

About 2 feet or so of 1/2 inch PVC

2 - 1/2 inch PVC Cross Tees and 1 - 1/2 inch PVC Tee.

6 - Stainless Steel Hose Clamps (1 inch clamps should be big enough)

1piece of solid copper wire about 8 inches long

1 piece of coax about 2 or 3 feet long, preferably RG58 or some other flexible coax.
